Baltimore Orioles Baseball Game -- Pickleball Night

FINAL REMINDERS FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE BALTIMORE ORIOLES GAME ON JUNE 30!

Hello APC Orioles Game Goers!

Below are important reminders. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Also, please be sure to share this information with family and friends who are attending the game as well.

·       All those riding the bus to the Orioles game should arrive at the  Harry S. Truman Park and Ride, 275 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD by 4:15 PM for check-in. 

·       The bus leaves for the ball park at 4:30 PM sharp. If you miss the bus, you are on your own to get to the game. So be there by 4:15 PM.

·       Feel free to wear your APC shirts, hats, etc., to show support of APC.

·       Ticket Access: Be sure to bring your mobile phone so you can access the MLB BallPark APP to show your electronic ticket to gain entry to the ball park. There are no paper tickets.

·       You must show your electronic ticket that was forwarded to you. To access the ticket you must go to the MLB BallPark app and show your ticket at the gate. 

·       To access the tickets you must download the MLB BallPark App on your mobile device. I HAVE ATTACHED A PDF OF THE MLB BALLPARK APP GUIDE & INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS ELECTRONICALLY. YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE APP & CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS.

Please be sure to follow the instructions on the attached guide (see below) to access your ticket(s). Please do this well in advance of game night to ensure you resolve any issues before you get to the Ball Park Gate. To refresh your memories the following are the game night details:  

BALTIMORE ORIOLES GAME – Pickleball Night!

Matchup: Baltimore Orioles vs. Chicago White Sox
Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026
First Pitch: 6:35 PM
Location: Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD
Seats: ALL APC Seats are in Section 58, Rows 15-18 along the third base line (great views!)

BUS TRANSPORTATION

·   Comfortable motor coach (with onboard restroom)

·   We have 52 bus riders scheduled for this event.

·   Bus departs and returns to Harry S. Truman Park and Ride, 275 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD promptly at 4:30 PM. You should arrive by 4:15 PM, so we can check you in. If for some reason, you are late for the bus, you will need to make your own arrangements to get to the Ball Park.

·   Bus will depart Camden Yards promptly at 10:00 PM and return to the Harry S. Truman Park and Ride by 10:30 PM. So please keep this in mind when you are at the stadium. You need to be on the bus by 10:00 PM

·   Riders are welcome to bring their own beer/wine, etc. on the bus. But under no circumstances are you allowed to bring your own alcohol in to the stadium.

·   There are NO REFUNDS for bus reservations for any reason.

·   If the game is rained out prior to bus departure or cancelled for any reason, there are no refunds for bus transportation. 

·   If the game is delayed due to rain or the game goes into extra innings, the bus will still depart the ball park at 10: PM so that it returns to the Harry S. Truman Park and Ride by 10:30 PM.  

·  On the way back in the bus we will have a drawing for two Baltimore Orioles pickleball paddles. And don’t worry, if you drove separately, you too will be entered into the paddle drawings.
